  4.  General Information and Key Definitions

  7.  Context sensitive help can be obtained  
  8.  by pressing the F1 key after a prompt   
  9.  for a command argument, or after        
  10.  pointing to a command on the menu.  Help
  11.  from the menu provides a command        
  12.  description, while help from a prompt   
  13.  provides a description of the keys used 
  14.  in response to the prompt, followed by a
  15.  command description.

  17.  The most important commands to remember,
  18.  for initial use, are:

  26.  The menu shell is primarily intended for
